Compassionate Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to elderly Australians, enhancing their quality of life.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to use basic technology, and have experience in the aged care sector. An Australian drivers license is preferred, but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing domestic assistance such as meal preparation and washing
- Supporting clients with appointments and social activities
- Assisting with medication administration
- Providing personal care tasks
- Driving the company van to and from social events (if required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aged care sector
- Australian drivers license (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use basic technology
