Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Allied Health Professional to join our dynamic team in Residential Aged Care settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development, providing high-quality care and support to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver physiotherapy services according to established operating procedures and policies.
  • Service RAC clients as per the Allied Health Professionals treatment plan.
  • Transport residents to and from therapy sessions under the direction of physiotherapists/occupational therapists.
  • Set up and pack away the physiotherapy gym, including cleaning the area and equipment.
  • Collect referrals and perform administrative tasks as guided by physiotherapists.
  • Order prescribed equipment.
  • Lead exercise groups or programs.
  • Support initiatives to meet client expectations.
  • Consult with physiotherapists/occupational therapists regarding adaptations, changes, or progressions of treatment plans for clients.
