Job Opportunity

We're expanding our team to support the growth of our aircraft maintenance operations. As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless maintenance event execution.

Your focus will be on managing the production planning process to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests from our customers and partners. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify turn times, resource requirements, and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production planning process to ensure seamless maintenance event execution
  • Drive continual excellence in safety, compliance, and on-time performance
  • Liaise with key stakeholders from Part 145 and Part 42 organizations
  • Relentlessly seek new ways to meet customer needs and support business goals
  • Implement new processes and procedures within the production planning business
Requirements:
  • Detailed understanding of aircraft line and light maintenance operations
  • Aircraft trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an aviation stream
  • Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven people management skills
  • Experience with TRAX and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work rotating shift patterns
  • Valid AUS ASIC
