About This Role

As a highly skilled Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of maintenance events. You will work closely with our Engineering Line Maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production planning process to ensure that all resources are available and allocated correctly.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to ensure that maintenance events are completed on time.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met and that communication is clear and effective.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Detailed understanding of Aircraft Line and Light Maintenance Operations.
  • Aircraft trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an aviation stream.
  • Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity, and as an AME (or equivalent).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate across all levels within a team.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Experience with TRAX and Microsoft Office.
