About the Role

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based services to improve consumers' clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of clinical activities including acute mental health and psychosocial assessments, care planning, and clinical review.
  • Undertake care coordination and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to support consumers in achieving their clinical goals and improving psychosocial functioning.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or qualification in social work or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of recovery-focused care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consumers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
