Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Program Coordinator to support the delivery of our program.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience in administration. They will be able to provide fast-paced administrative support, track student progression, administer enrolment and onboarding processes, collate reports, and respond to enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital platforms
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience in the education sector (high school, vocational, or uni)
  • A passion for helping young people be their best
  • High-level organization skills
  • Customer support focus and ability to engage a variety of stakeholders
  • Love of following a process and improving efficiency
