**Farm Management Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Dairy Farmer to manage the daily operation of our farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for general operation management, pasture management, milk harvesting, feeding management, and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and time management skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have the ability to lead a small team or groups and train new members.

This is a full-time position that may involve weekend work and some unplanned hours. If you have a passion for dairy farming and want to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • General operation management, including managing staff and resources
  • Pasture management, including planning and implementation
  • Milk harvesting, including equipment maintenance and repair
  • Feeding management, including ordering and allocation of feed
  • Administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or higher equivalent
  • At least 3 years recent relevant work experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Advance knowledge in animal husbandry, animal welfare, and legislation
  • Dairy production and OH&S knowledge an advantage
