Senior Network Project Manager Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization in a key role that will be responsible for the core of our network, including 4G/5G packet, data & voice core, messaging services, real-time services, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee projects from inception through to completion.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Lead project meetings, steering committee meetings, and planning sessions.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources.
  • Monitor project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and sign off on contracts.
  • Oversee all project documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
  • Prepare detailed reports for executives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Formal qualifications in engineering, IT, or management.
  • Background in telecommunications core networks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills are required.
  • Attention to detail and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
  • Technical understanding of telecommunications networks is essential.
