Job Title: Project Coordinator

Project Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused project coordinator to provide administrative support for electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with sub-contractors regarding their insurances and contractual requirements.
  • Assist with cost management and tracking of projects.
  • Support project managers in document preparations and quotations.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure invoices/delivery dockets are matched to these.
  • Maintain documents and registers.
  • Count and manage drawings.
  • Print and file project-related documents.
  • Coordinate electrical sample submissions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent Excel skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
