About Us: Our residential aged care facility is located in Toowoomba, South East Queensland, and provides high-quality care to our residents. We take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home for our residents and their families.
We are looking for someone who shares our values of resident wellbeing, quality of care, employee engagement, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have senior leadership capabilities, a strong working knowledge of aged care funding, and excellent communication skills.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of managing dynamic operations in a residential aged care facility.
- You have a collaborative and approachable leadership style that focuses on the provision of clinical care and customer service to residents.
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to influence all stakeholders to achieve outcomes and drive cultural change.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional results and improving processes to enhance the lives of our residents.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
