We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Services Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Adelaide Business Services Team day-to-day from an operational perspective and team contact point for operational, process or service delivery related issues.
  • Lead and manage the Business Services function, including the Business Centre, Premises and Search and Lodgement with focus on a sustainable service delivery model.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Services Team Leader for coordinated, seamless service delivery across all corporate services.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations and requirements of the Business Services team and ensure tasks are performed efficiently.
  • Assist with budget development, cost forecasting, monthly expense tracking, and invoice management.
  • Maintain key supplier and service provider relationships and manage the purchasing expenditure.
  • Induction of new starters and office-wide training as required.
  • Support the Operations Manager in discovering and enacting improvements to both existing and new processes and services.
  • Build a strong positive team culture including knowledge sharing and continuous improvement with the team.
  • Ensure all relevant WHS guidelines and requirements are met.
  • Ensure all relevant Security guidelines and requirements are met.
  • Emergency and BCP coordination to meet both the tenancy and office requirements.
  • Assist in overflow of work from the Business Services Assistant role(s) across Office Services and Premises and as required, give hands-on assistance to the team, e.g. staff absences, capacity peaks, etc.
About You

To be successful in this role, strong organisational skills are essential as well as a high level of initiative, attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm.

Ideally, you will also have experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

We welcome applicants who have 5-8+ years previous experience in facilities, office services and operations management in professional services.

Ability to create and maintain an inclusive and positive team environment by actively encouraging participation and open communication amongst team members and other groups.

Experience leading a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
