Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Role

The Director of FP&A is responsible for leading the team that delivers business partnering, performance reporting, financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operations and commercial leaders to provide insights on performance results.
  • Deliver timely financial close processes and own end-to-end review.
  • Produce and present core management reports to ensure understanding of business drivers.
  • Lead development of detailed budgets and financial forecasts for global, regional, country, and business unit planning.
  • Support the business with financial analysis, customer profitability analysis, cost analysis, and drive corrective actions.
  • Prepare business cases for capital investments and pricing strategies.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to automate processes and reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA / CPA / CIMA Qualified
  • Proven problem-solving skills in dynamic fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams
  • Flexibility to handle competing deliverables and see the bigger picture
  • Motivation and passion to excel and grow
  • Track record of success in manufacturing or airline-related industries
  • Professional accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
