Base pay range A$240,000.00/yr - A$290,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from TOM People Associate Director, Financial Services Accounting at TOM Are you ready to influence strategy and drive performance across a leading organisation? A leading Fin Tech organisation is seeking a highly experienced Director, Group FP&A to join their Group Finance team.
This is a critical and high-impact role, working closely with the Senior Executive team to deliver insightful financial analysis, drive performance understanding across diverse business segments and contribute to external reporting.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and strategic finance leader , confident in managing key processes with autonomy and providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, developing robust models to support decision-making.
Performance Management & Reporting – Drive monthly and quarterly reporting, presenting actionable insights on business performance.
Business Partnering – Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, collaborating with global finance teams to ensure alignment.
Budgeting & Forecasting – Oversee end-to-end planning cycles, including stakeholder engagement and presentation development.
Process Improvement – Identify and deliver automation and efficiency initiatives across FP&A tools and processes.
Ad-Hoc Analysis & Special Projects – Provide data-driven insights to support executive priorities.
About You 10+ years' + experience in FP&A with strong exposure to group-level reporting and analysis Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills at an executive level Commercially astute, with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights Confident, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role , working with senior executives and shaping the financial strategy of a leading organisation.
