About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Sikorsky Australia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve System and sub-system level requirements through decomposition and design, representing these in the Model Based Engineering (MBE) environment
  • Develop key interface definitions, representing these in the MBE Environment
  • Resolve design and solution Trade-Offs against System Requirements
  • Develop key AIR6500 technical documents and artefacts such as solution descriptions, trade studies and definition of requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience with development of systems design for large complex systems, impressive experience trading off designs and solutions with an understanding of the potential component level, subsystem level, and system level impacts, along with;

  • Significant knowledge in one or more of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare (C4ISREW) domains
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience undertaking Agile development
