Visionary Clinical Director

This is a rare and career-defining opportunity for a visionary leader to shape and lead a world-class, research-driven clinical service.
The successful candidate will lead the integration of services across two institutions, overseeing cutting-edge therapies such as CAR T-cell treatments and allogeneic bone marrow transplants. They will also drive clinical governance, clinical research, knowledge translation, workforce strategy, and continuous quality improvement in alignment with the Parkville Precinct's vision of world-class, research-led cancer care.
About the RoleThis is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
