We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our management team, including tasks such as managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining databases.

Additional duties may include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing phone enquiries
  • Preparing invoices and payroll
  • Maintaining up-to-date records

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
