Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Excellence Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve targets and excellence in service delivery.
  • Maintaining high standards of service productivity, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Developing and executing the regional operational plan to drive business success.
  • Conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring efficient service delivery through effective use of tools and technology.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and communication.

You will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of company vehicles in safe, reliable, and clean condition. A minimum of 2 years' experience in leading a team is required, along with a Certificate IV Frontline Management (desired), excellent customer service skills, demonstrated leadership ability, strong communication skills, time management skills, and a current Australian Driver's license.
