We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team in a pivotal role.

About the Opportunity

This is a key permanent position that requires setting up and managing reporting dashboards through PowerBI, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop reporting models that provide a real-time view of inbound demand and output for the team
    • Help define reporting for the creative function at our organisation
  • Account Management:
    • Manage multiple creative projects at once with strong time management and organisation skills
    • Receive and manage inbound creative briefs to the design team, ensuring all materials have been submitted for efficient creative delivery
  • Kanban Processes:
    • Optimise workflow through Kanban methodology, building and maintaining boards and prioritising work
    • Build an end-to-end service delivery model, forecasting demand and sizing jobs optimal and efficient delivery of creative services
  • Relationship Building & Other Management Responsibilities:
    • Manage relationships with stakeholders, external teams and agencies to build and maintain strong partnerships
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in account management, Kanban service delivery or other relevant workflow management discipline
  • Strong analytical skills in development and delivery of reporting
  • PowerBI experience is essential
  • Previous experience working with a creative team is advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Keen attention to detail
