Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive expert advice on our broad range of products.

This is a 3-month fixed-term part-time opportunity with the potential for permanency and opportunities for career progression within our organisation.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice to customers on our products and services
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
