The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by delivering quality, gold-class experiences for our diverse range of customers.
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for our customers and put their needs at the forefront of everything you do.
- Identify suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
- Demonstrate digital solutions for customers to make banking simple, easy, and secure.
- A passion for delivering quality customer experiences.
- A team player with attention to detail, ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.
- Customer-centric thinking and an appreciation for inclusion and diversity.
Join us Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.
