About the Role

This role involves delivering parcels and packages throughout the local area in a timely and efficient manner. As a contract courier driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a delivery van to transport and deliver goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a delivery van to transport and deliver parcels and packages to customers
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
  • Adhere to all road rules and safety regulations
  • Assist with loading and unloading the delivery van as required
To Be Successful In This Role
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence and mid to large van (required)
  • Personal ACN and insurances (required)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A current Police check (or willing to obtain one)
  • Availability to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar delivery role
