Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance Reliability Team at South Flank. As a key member of our team, you will apply Reliability Centered Maintenance principles to drive defect elimination, improvement initiatives, and identify opportunities to support safe and reliable fixed plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with fixed plant maintenance, production, planning, inventory, and engineering teams to ensure success in this role.
- Examine asset performance and work management trends to identify opportunities to consistently improve equipment reliability and productivity.
- Enable, influence, and support maintenance teams to achieve these goals.
- Guide and facilitate root cause analysis from identified gaps in equipment and work management performance.
- Ensure corrective actions and recommendations are in place to prevent recurrence of identified failure modes.
- Identify and drive initiatives to capture value across safety, volume, cost, and culture.
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence, engage, and communicate with stakeholders effectively. Proficient-level experience with Microsoft Office Applications and SAP is also required.
