  • Contribute to strategic planning, including sales and marketing strategies, asset management, and staying up-to-date on community needs and market trends.
  • Manage administrative tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, profit/loss analysis, and resident records.
  • Maintenance coordination, gardening, and upkeep in accordance with schedules.
