About the Role

Seize a unique opportunity to work in iconic precincts of Sydney CBD, as part of a global leader in property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate requirements for successful production and delivery of events/activations and installations.
  • Maintain liaison between stakeholders including CBRE, Place Management NSW, and other relevant parties.
  • Manage procurement of contractors, developing staff briefs and production plans.
  • Process and manage production and event purchase orders and vendor payments.
  • Notify relevant departments and stakeholders of events and activations to prevent conflicts.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event/venue management and event operations/production in live settings or public spaces is essential.
  • Proven client management skills.
  • Ability to scope and implement event operations and production management plans for various events.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing costings and budgets, purchasing and procurement, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work event hours as required, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
