Leadership Opportunity in a Corporate Environment

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our corporate office team. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development and capability building programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of our corporate office's learning strategy to build team member and leader capabilities.
  • Develop tools and processes to undertake learning needs analysis.
  • Work closely with our teams to create or source learning solutions.
  • Source and commercially manage external learning providers and contracts.
  • Effectively manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and drive continuous improvement of the system.
  • Develop and implement training-related data and reporting to track compliance, build targeted learning solutions, and provide meaningful insights to senior leaders.
  • Partner with our HR team to support key cyclical activities, including talent reviews and engagement surveys.

About You:

  • Significant experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs.
  • Proven ability to undertake learning needs analysis for both technical and professional development requirements.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering innovative L&D solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics simply.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple organisational levels and stakeholder types.
  • Comfort in managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Be tech-savvy with a sound knowledge of learning systems and development tools.
  • A results-oriented, customer-focused approach to your work.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
