Control Room Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Control Room Operator to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

  • Coordinate SCADA and VIBES operations within the control room.
  • Manage communication between operations and maintenance teams.
  • C coordinate activities related to flight and baggage handling system (BHS) information.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating and managing SCADA and VIBES information and incidents.
  2. Defining, administering errors, defining causes, and keeping logs of baggage incidents.
  3. Coordinating/supporting mechanical and electrical technicians, product engineers, and manual intervention activities throughout the course of a shift.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong PC knowledge on control systems.
  • A certain degree of technical knowledge required.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical layout drawings of a BHS system.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to work well in a stressful environment.
  • Clear and precise communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain an overview in hectic environments.
