Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our landscaping team in Geelong.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To work alongside the lead landscaper in upholding the landscaping design.
  • To ensure plant growth, build retaining walls and garden beds, prepare and lay turf.
  • To water turf, mulch gardens, spread soil, plant, and prepare base for construction.
  • To conduct general yard and site clean ups.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good stamina and physical health to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and hard work commitment.
  • Experience in landscaping is desirable but not essential.
  • Holding a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • A valid Manual drivers licence is preferred.
  • A valid Police Check within 12 months is Essential.
Working Conditions:
  • Eight hour shift.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Morning shifts available.

This role involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional landscaping services.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
