ServiceNow Developer Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, configuration, and customization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Excellent coding skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (SCAD) certification is highly preferred.
