We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex dependencies and impediments forward. You will work closely with multiple squads to ensure project success and champion best practices in delivery management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Manage Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and big room planning.
- Identify and resolve impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Ensure effective inter-team and cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Iteration Manager or Delivery Manager in a portfolio or program setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
- Ability to identify, manage, and resolve complex dependencies and impediments.
- Proficient with Agile project and collaboration tools, such as JIRA, DevOps, MIRO.
