Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our risk management strategy and ensure operational compliance readiness across our retail consumer-facing brands.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the telecommunications and energy sectors, as well as experience in leading risk and compliance teams.

  • Developing and implementing operational risk management frameworks, processes, systems, and capabilities that enable business stakeholders to support compliance and self-serve regulatory decisioning.
  • Leveraging your extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements to educate business owners and their teams on regulatory obligations, provide guidance and governance for risk identification and mitigation, and work collaboratively with business owners to ensure operational compliance readiness.
  • Building and leading a high-performing Risk & Compliance team capability.
  • Working collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify, design, build, and implement process and system controls to drive compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management approaches.
  • Preparing reporting and guidance for senior management and other stakeholders.
