As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to two senior leaders. Working across a large and critical portfolio, you will act as the gatekeeper for your executives' time and workload. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage complex international diaries, prioritizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Arrange accommodation, events, hospitality, and travel arrangements for executives.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in large and complex commercial organizations. You will be highly organized and confident, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build credibility quickly. Your approach will be proactive and outcomes-focused, with a focus on integrating into the business and positively impacting the working lives of your executives.
