Strategic Pre-Contract Submissions Specialist

Abergeldie is seeking experienced Senior Submissions Coordinators to join our growing pre-contracts team in Sydney or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce high-quality EOI/tender responses that help win work across diverse sectors.
- Write and edit content reflecting capabilities, brand, and market proposition.
- Establish and coordinate bid fundamentals, including response schedules, writing plans, and review meetings.
- Facilitate effective review meetings using best practice submission management methodology.
- Work collaboratively across the business and act as central point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractor or similar industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
