About Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure
Job Description:A majority locally owned infrastructure contractor with 30 years' experience delivers projects across water, utilities, bridges and roads, community infrastructure, rail and energy.
We are seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our pre-contracts team. This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the preparation of high-quality EOI and tender submissions across diverse sectors.
- Write and edit content that reflects capabilities, brand and market proposition.
- Coordinate bid fundamentals such as schedules, writing plans and review meetings.
- Run review processes and capture feedback effectively.
- Act as central point of contact for stakeholders alongside Bid Manager.
- Maintain and update key knowledge resources.
- Contribute ideas to improve bid platforms and practices.
