Job Title

Overview

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape the university's enterprise-wide delivery function.

  • Establish and lead a high-performing ePMO aligned with the strategic charter of the institution.
  • Drive initiative planning, prioritisation, and benefits realisation across the university.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic roadmap of initiatives in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Implement cultural change to embed project management best practices throughout the organisation.
  • Provide centralised reporting and insights to track initiative performance and support decision making.
  • Coach and influence leaders through the design and implementation of key programmes and projects.
  • Manage and mentor a collaborative, high-impact ePMO team.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • A relevant qualification and extensive experience in project management are required.
  • Proven experience leading an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office with a large portfolio of programmes and projects.
  • Experience in strategic planning, portfolio optimisation, and establishing frameworks, policies, and procedures for an ePMO.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to manage strategic and operational risks across complex initiatives.
