Airport Operations Coordinator

About the role:

Go behind the scenes of our airport operations with our aircraft team. As an Airport Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate all operational interface between loading and unloading the aircraft, including weight and balance, as well as aircraft movements to ensure flight schedules with efficient load plans.

Join us at the heart of our operations, ensuring all safety & security standards are upheld to the highest degree as the ground control touchpoint for consignments moving in and out of Australia.
- Safely manage and internally move all consignments coming in and off aircrafts in a timely manner
- Inspect Unit Load Devices and aircraft prior to loading
- Assist organizing crew transportation
- Inspection of ground operations and aircraft loading
- Work together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Taking aircraft bookings
- Manifesting consignments

- Multi-tasker with a process-driven mindset

- Intermediate computer literacy
- Warehouse experience desirable
- Administration experience desirable
