Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and skilled Forklift Operators and Container Loaders/Unloaders to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading containers using manual and mechanical equipment
  • Safeguarding products and storing them properly
  • Conducting regular inspections of containers and products for damage
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Following all necessary safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with the team to meet loading and unloading targets

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to hold or obtain a forklift license
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial but not essential
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects (10-25kgs) and performing physical tasks
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

What We Offer

A competitive compensation package with incentivized pay rates (Piece Award Rates).

Our piece-rate structure offers a minimum base rate of $32.38 per hour.

You have the potential to earn between $32.38 to $40 per hour, and potentially more.
