Project managers drive the success of our remediation projects, overseeing blast and paint operations, concrete repair, and structural integrity from initial setup to completion.

The Role
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Effectively manage project costs and optimize execution
  • Coordinate direct labor and subcontractor activities
  • Monitor project progress and hold regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure project schedule alignment
  • Participate in tendering and estimation processes
  • Support teams at mine sites and enhance stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships
  • Enhance crew efficiencies and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Create and revise Integrated Task Plans (ITPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
  • Manage Request for Information (RFI) processes and track responses
About You

We seek a seasoned front-line leader with around 5 years of on-site management experience, including:

  • Background in mining, plant maintenance, and shutdowns
  • Experience in blast and paint, concrete repair, and remediation projects
  • Able to coordinate complex shutdowns and develop strategic plans
  • Strong program and planning skills, with proficiency in budget management and cost control
  • Exceptional stakeholder and subcontractor management capabilities
Key Qualifications and Requirements
  • OHS Certification
  • Driver's License
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
