About This Opportunity:

Using your retail experience to help all creatures' great and small by coordinating volunteers and daily operations while focusing on generating valuable income for our organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee volunteers to achieve set targets.
  • Represent our team and brand through passion for preloved and second-hand items.
  • Work closely with store managers to support organisational goals.
  • Maintain high level of customer service.
  • Train and support volunteers.
  • Direct and monitor daily register opening & closing procedures.
  • Oversee and review all goods for sale.

Who Are We Looking For?

Confident in retail with demonstrated leadership experience (minimum 2 years). Knowledge of fashion and clothing brands. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of organisational skills and attention to detail. Sound computer skills. Proven ability to work well under pressure. Ability to supervise and provide direction to a small team.
