In this key role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive project support to our team of innovators who create and manage integrated digital solutions for Defence.
As a Project Support Officer, your primary responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, working collaboratively within the Research and Design team, and exploring opportunities to improve digital service delivery.
You will also assist with project tasks, understand reasons for decisions, build productive working relations, and take the initiative to progress work.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
