Job Overview

Our dynamic organization seeks a highly skilled Training and HSEQ Manager to champion the development of impactful training programs and maintain high Health, Environment, and Quality standards across operations.

This role is pivotal in fostering continuous improvement through effective implementation of quality management systems, monitoring, and enhancement initiatives. As a core member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business success and stay aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Performance and Key Account Managers to implement and review the Quality Management System and Quality Plan.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs that meet performance targets using platforms like Velocity EHS, ISS LMS, Purespace Health, and Manual Handling.
  • Lead the Quality Audit Program, ensuring seamless QMS implementation and supplier compliance.
  • Provide operational guidance and coaching to duty managers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor non-conformance reports, ensuring investigations, corrective actions, and resolutions are effectively managed.
  • Generate and report on KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with teams to identify and execute initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Drive innovation opportunities and support project delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with the annual Management Review process of the QMS and deliver actionable recommendations.
Requirements:

For success in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong Facilities Management (Hard and soft) experience essential.
  • Solid knowledge of HSEQ processes in operations.
  • Familiarity with WHS Act, Regulations, and Codes.
  • Investigation Techniques training.
