Senior Accounts Receivable Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated Accounts Receivable team, supporting staff and customers alike.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer and internal queries regarding accounts receivable matters
- Maintenance of debtor's ledger records for accurate accounting
- Investigating and resolving any overdue accounts or irregularities in customer accounts
- Ensuring all accounts receivable records are up to date, with timely communication of issues affecting branch operations
- Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required by the business
It is expected that you will have a Certificate in Accounting or equivalent experience in Accounts, preferably within a retail organisation, demonstrating proficiency in Collection and Accounts Receivable functions.
You will possess a high level of attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement, along with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Additionally, you will have skills in understanding retail business transactions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, problem solving, and effective interpersonal skills.
