We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mining Sales Administrator to join our team at Hitachi. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will provide administrative support to the National Sales Administration Manager – Mining and the Mining sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and Mining sales department, including branch requests, vendor purchase orders, and Dealer Management System (DMS) tasks.
  • Source quotes and raise vendor purchase orders.
  • Manage tasks within the DMS, including ordering and management of promotional goods for the mining department.
  • Order, receipt, and maintain records/reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Procedures, SOX, and Internal audit requirements for the Mining Sales department.
  • Support the national Mining Sales team with customer and product marketing activities.
Requirements
  • 12+ months of experience in Sales Administration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external stakeholders.
