The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Elevation System team in Brisbane, where you will play a critical role in enhancing the support of the Hitachi hydraulic lifting and locking system for under-chassis maintenance of mining excavators across Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, operating, and maintaining the Elevation System, traveling with the system while being supported by local branch resources. You will coordinate and supervise Elevation System projects, manage relationships with mine sites, and provide technical training and assistance to other branches within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and high-quality support to mine sites
- Coordinate and supervise Elevation System projects
- Provide technical training and assistance to other branches
- Travel extensively throughout Australia to support HCA customers
Requirements:
- Mechanical trade qualifications
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- Supervisory or people management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Safety-first culture with evidence of understanding of mine safety
