Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hitachi. As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Mining Sales department, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and Mining sales department, including general administration tasks and branch requests.
- Source quotes and raise vendor purchase orders.
- Manage tasks within the Dealer Management System (Dynamics).
- Order and manage promotional goods for the mining department.
- Order, receipt, and maintain records/reports.
- Ensure compliance with all Quality Procedures, SOX, and Internal audit requirements for the Mining Sales department.
- Support the national Mining Sales team with customer and product marketing activities.
Requirements
- 12+ months of experience in Sales Administration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize workload with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external stakeholders.
