About Our CX Strategy Role
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Strategy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Member Experience & Insights team, you'll be responsible for shaping strategic direction and driving change through customer-centric solutions.
In this role, you'll lead meetings, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhanced experiences. You'll utilize human-centered design methodologies to deeply understand customers' needs and develop targeted strategies to meet them.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Service Design, Customer Experience Design, Customer Research or Strategy
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong business acumen and understanding of broader challenges
