Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned property professional to manage our residential portfolio of around 200 properties, primarily apartments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.


Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of your portfolio with support from colleagues.
  • Lead leasing activities and oversee day-to-day property management duties.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Utilize property management software effectively and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Continuously advance your skills through training opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and client satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of property management software and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive, ambitious, and passionate approach to real estate.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
