The Revenue Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director Legislation and Review and Assistant Director Legislation Services in developing legislation and policy for state taxes, royalties, and grants subsidies schemes administered by the Commissioner of State Revenue. The position involves advising on tax law and policy, researching tax avoidance practices, and developing countervailing legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex matters and articulate issues clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write in plain English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
