Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tax Policy and Controversy Specialist to provide expert advice on tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex tax disputes, including alternative dispute resolution, and support clients in responding to tax authority reviews and audits.
  • Navigate engagement with revenue authorities, including settlement discussions and negotiations.
  • Conduct research on tax law and tax administration issues.
  • Develop high-quality advice, objections, private binding ruling requests, and penalty submissions.
  • Advise clients on developing and documenting their tax corporate governance processes and testing the operational effectiveness of their tax governance framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Law Degree.
  • Admitted to practice.
  • Tax technical skills or ability to acquire.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client service.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and internal stakeholders on multiple deadlines.
