About Our Administration Team

We're seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Logan Village. As an Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.

  • Opening and closing of the centre at the start and end of each day
  • Greeting patients and responding to their inquiries
  • Assisting service providers with appointment bookings, payment processing, accounts management, and stock ordering
  • Communicating effectively with service providers, referrers, and patients via phone, email, or fax
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, including dusting, vacuuming, and performing laundry duties

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and email management
  • Previous experience in using medical or allied health software
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own vehicle and driver's license (advantageous)
