The Night Duty Rehabilitation role requires a strong clinical skillset in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
You will lead and support a team of nurses in the rehabilitation ward, collaborating with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure efficient management of staff and resources.
Mentor and lead a team of nurses and clinical support staff within a leadership team.
This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster, covering night duty shifts and working 9.5-hour shifts.
About You- Strong clinical skills in acute care or rehabilitation settings are essential.
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills are required.
- Rehabilitation ward experience is highly regarded.
- Able to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a mentor.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years proven acute care experience post-AHPRA registration in a hospital environment.
- Postgraduate qualifications or rehabilitation specialty experience are highly regarded.
- Clinical leadership experience is highly valued.
